Wake Up Screen is an open-source Android app that automatically lights the screen when selected notifications arrive, making it easy to glance at alerts without pressing the power button. Pocket Mode, face-down detection, sleep schedules, Do Not Disturb support, low-battery silence, and Charging Only Mode help keep the display off when it is not needed.

Customize screen-on duration, repeat reminders, notification filters, and Night Glow. Attention Statistics and a detailed Notification Log show which alerts woke the device and which rules blocked them. The app includes JSON backup and Wake Test tools, has no ads or in-app purchases, requests no internet permission, and keeps data on-device. It runs on Android 6.0 and later, with optional accessibility access for turning the screen off early.
