SWS Technician

SWS Technician is the SoWeSign proximity tag setup application that allows participants to sign on their own device through the SWS Student application. The beacons guarantee attendance in training places equipped with proximity tags, and without any physical location of individuals, while respecting privacy and GDPR obligations.


SoWeSign proximity tags use an encrypted proprietary protocol, compatible with the vast majority of tablets and smartphones equipped with Bluetooth ... They are available in the form of a USB key, mobile badges or fixed boxes including batteries with a lifespan of up to 10 years. These beacons can be integrated into SoWeSign wall shelves.

SWS Technician allows the assignment of proximity beacons and fixed training locations (classrooms, entrance to campuses or buildings, crossing points) as well as the declaration of mobile beacons (trainers, exterior).

Use of this application requires a subscription to the SoWeSign solution which provides the identification code necessary to start the application.

SoWeSign then generates attendance certificates, certified in accordance with Decree 2017-382 and guarantees the reliability of the collection elements thanks to audit trails, in the context of funding and CFA, OPCO, Regions, Pôle emploi, DIRECCTE, etc.
