If I could rate 3.5⭐, that would be more appropriate. The videos start during the "rest break" so they don't match the voice instructions for when to switch sides. Sometimes the voice doesn't even say to switch sides or the person on the video is switching sides the entire time instead of holding like the voice prompt is saying. Also the mini desk release isn't even a real video but a demonstration of what to do later so not sure why it's assigned as a trackable (with hr etc) exercise. All AI.
