Absolute garbage, this should receive negative stars. I can't belive I have to pay for this. Clunky to use. TV box 5 is the worst offender, buggy, unresponsive, sluggish. Absolutely infuriating. Complicated, terrible UI, can't turn off background sound, you spend hours to try to figure how to connect and properly function with a high end av system. It still throttles dB output. It's a throw away. Buy an apple TV instead, your nerves will thank you.

This app continues to be mediocre at best. Finding stuff isn't intuitive, the search rarely seems to find anything useful, and now we have another one of those expensive / almost useless AI chatbots to get through ... which says "I don't know" and then provides a link for "further information" that returns you to the login screen ... despite being logged in. Many screens seem to launch web pages that occasionally lose their state too. Overall pointless, please just let us use a mobile website...

Not able to log in. Every time I try, I get the error: “Your connection is not private” because the login redirect uses HTTP instead of HTTPS. It’s so frustrating that Swisscom sells premium services in-store, but can’t even provide a secure and simple login experience in the app. On top of that, the services are very expensive. Very disappointed. Not at the expected level of services.
