2025-01-25	In*****	Do not send money to this exchange, they will proceed to freeze your deposit, ignore your open tickets and leave you without your money. Use an alternative route I currently have to fight in order to somehow get my money back!!!

The control over investments is excellent, and the automation features are incredibly helpful. The explanations provided are clear and detailed, which really helps remove the fear of investing, especially if you're a beginner. Highly recommended!

Then reading the T&Cs IT'S CLEAR: "SWISSBORG ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS" Then theirs NO 2FA security, anyone who grabs your phone can access your account and send funds. Then the horror hits that you have no keys to a wallet. Update, Swissborg have frozen my account , effectively stealing all crypto. 25th Jan 2025, DONT TRUST.

2025-01-06	Fr*****	Support service team treated me as if I am some un-edecuated swine. Very un-friendly during communication. Still like the aplication but the support teams brings this app down from a 5 star to 1 star. Decent app but trash customer service from my personal experience.

The UI is super intuitive, the community is strong and active, the customer support is impeccable and above all I love the transparency. My favourite on/off ramp and would recommend to anyone in the UK (no issues with RBS/ Natwest). Another update 4 years later, still my main exchange and the support is excellent, would still highly recommend!
