Worst app ever, due to app glitch, I am facing the loss, the amount of 20000 debited from card but still not received in my account it's been 45days now raised a complaint to support team but still not resolved, if anyone help me how to file a complaint to consumer court regarding this that would be appreciate as the customer support team is not helping to resolve this and my money got stuck I need to bear loss of 20k

One of the third rated payment platform. After transaction amount is credited to A/C after 7-8 days. Kindly do not use its services. No one comes to attend you once they sell the POS machines. Really pathetic service and products.
