Daily readiness with Health Connect (optional)

Connect Health Connect to see a daily readiness score based on your sleep, resting heart rate, heart rate variability and training load. Swim Forge reads your training from both pool sessions and dryland work, so strength, running and cycling all count toward your load and your readiness reflects your whole week, not just what happens in the water. Your daily activity, including steps and active energy, is shown alongside your training so you can see the full picture.

Coaches see daily summaries, such as resting heart rate, sleep and training load per day, rather than raw sensor readings. Health data is read only, never used for advertising and never sold. Connecting Health Connect is optional and Swim Forge works without it.

Swim Forge closes the loop between coaching and execution, so progress does not stop when practice ends.
