NovoCare is a digital health coach that guides you toward a healthy weight while coordinating your medication schedule. It creates a personalized plan, supports a weekly exercise routine, tracks weight, diet, and medication adherence, and provides real-time recommendations to help you build sustainable healthy habits.

Features include weekly progress tracking, activity intensity monitoring (steps, distance, calories), automatic sync via Health Connect or manual entry, customized medication reminders, and AI-based meal analysis with Snapp. NovoCare integrates with Health Connect to show your activity in daily/weekly summaries.
