Beep Test

This Beep Test app is developed in collaboration with Malmö University and is based on the Yo-Yo Endurance Test Level 1, originally developed by Jens Bangsbo. The test is used in police training as an examination part and helps users improve their fitness through structured running intervals.

📌 About the test:
The test starts at 8.0 km/h and increases by 0.5 km/h at each new level. The athletes run 20 meters between two lines in time with the sound signals. If you miss a signal, you get a warning - two warnings in a row lead to exclusion.
