Offline password vault. No internet. No cloud. Your secrets, your device.

Features & Capabilities

SvaRahasya is a zero-knowledge, offline-first password vault that keeps your secrets locked on your device — with no internet, no cloud, and no tracking.

Unlike cloud-based password managers, SvaRahasya has physically removed internet access. The app does not request the INTERNET permission, making it impossible for your data to leave your device through the app. This is verifiable in the source code.

HOW IT WORKS
Your master password is never stored. It is processed through 100,000 rounds of PBKDF2-HMAC-SHA256 to derive an encryption key in memory. All secrets are encrypted with AES-256 before being saved to local storage. When you close the app, the key is gone — only your password can bring it back.

WHAT YOU CAN STORE
SvaRahasya isn't just for passwords. Each entry supports up to 5,000 characters — enough for crypto recovery phrases, SSH keys, API tokens, secure notes, or anything you need to keep private.

KEY FEATURES
• AES-256 encryption with unique random IVs for every entry
• PBKDF2 key hardening (100,000 iterations) with random salt
• No internet permission — your data physically cannot leave your device
• No analytics, no ads, no tracking of any kind
• Rescue Key system for password recovery without a server
• Encrypted backup/restore to keep your vault safe across devices
• Password generator for strong, random passwords
• Screen masking to prevent screenshots in Recent Apps
• Auto-lock when the app is minimized
• Clipboard support with OS-level auto-clear
• Up to 2,000 entries with instant search

BACKUP & RESTORE
Since there is no cloud, you are responsible for your own backups. Export your encrypted vault to a .svarahasya file and save it to Google Drive, a USB drive, or anywhere you trust.
Restore it on a new device anytime. You are solely responsible for remembering your password and keeping your Rescue Key safe.

WHO IS THIS FOR?
Anyone who wants complete control over their passwords without trusting a third-party server. Developers, security professionals, crypto holders, or anyone who prefers the peace of mind that comes with true offline storage.

OPEN SOURCE
SvaRahasya is open source under the MIT License. You don't have to trust our claims — you can verify them yourself.
