The app freezes each time I open it. I can get to my spa readings, but then it freezes and I can't acknowledge actions taken or see other reading details. My workaround is to fully close the app and then to immediately acknowledge actions taken. If I hesitate for a second, the app freezes. This app needs some TLC. Useful when it works but it needs a lot of workarounds to get it to work.

I've owned Sutro for a few years and the device and app are excellent. My hot tub is a salt water system, which tends to be more difficult to maintain, but Sutro makes it simple. The monitor is accurate (readings align with my strip tests and with water tests that I get at my local pool store) and the chemical recommendations allow me to keep my hot tub balanced. Great product! Customer Service is superb. Running out of characters, so will leave at a thank you to Dave and Jenna.
