Prayer Times: Quran, Qibla

Prayer times, qibla compass and the Holy Quran in one app. Prayer times and qibla are calculated on your phone: no internet needed, and your location never leaves your device for these calculations.

All-new design: emerald and gold, with light and dark themes.

PRAYER TIMES
• Six calculation methods: Diyanet (Turkey), Muslim World League (MWL), Umm al-Qura, ISNA, Egyptian General Authority and University of Karachi; Hanafi or Shafi for Asr.
• Times were checked against Turkey's official Diyanet calendar in five cities, matching within ±1 minute (verified by automated tests) — an accuracy comparison, not an endorsement or partnership.
• Day browsing, Hijri date, per-prayer minute offset; alerts when a prayer begins and, if you like, a reminder before it (quiet hours silence only the reminders).
• Prayer Tracker: mark each day's prayers and review your weekly and monthly history.

PRAYER GUIDE
Wudu and prayer, step by step with illustrations. A summary based on the Hanafi school; see a trusted reference for details.

QIBLA COMPASS
Qibla direction from your device's sensors, fully offline, with the built-in WMM2025 magnetic declination model. Distance to the Kaaba, direction lock, and a map view for devices without sensors.

THE HOLY QURAN
• The Arabic text is built in: read without a download. Transliteration included.
• Surahs, juz, favorites; Mushaf view: page by page, portrait or landscape (double or single page).
• Search (surah, verse such as 2:255, translation text), verse bookmarks, resume where you left off.
• Translation in five languages: English (Yusuf Ali), Turkish (Elmalılı Hamdi Yazır), Urdu (Ahmed Raza Khan), Persian (Ghomshei), Russian (Sablukov).
• Choose a reciter; audio highlights the current verse and can be controlled from the lock screen. Translations and audio are downloaded on first use and kept on your device.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is Premium required?
No. Every core feature works without Premium.

PERMISSIONS
• Location: only for prayer times and qibla; you can pick your city manually instead. With Nearby Mosques, your device's map app does the search and may receive your last known location; our app never sends location to a server.
• Notifications: for prayer alerts; the morning alert starts off on a fresh install.

OUR HONESTY PROMISE
• There are no ads in the app today. If ads are ever added, they will never appear in the Mushaf or during first-time setup; automated tests enforce this rule.
• We collect anonymous usage and crash statistics and are not hiding it. Nothing in this app is designed to mislead you.
