Build forms in the Survtapp web dashboard, collect responses without internet access, and sync them automatically when connectivity returns. Queued submissions retry safely if uploads fail, ensuring data is not lost.

Designed for real-world fieldwork, Survtapp supports conditional logic, photos, signatures, initials, barcode and QR scanning, GPS stamps, consent forms, kiosk mode and event lead capture.
