Surenet Admin

The Surenet Employee & Admin App is designed to help employees and operator manage their subscribers efficiently. Employees and operator can view, edit, and manage their customer base through the application.

Using the application, employees can view customer bills, receipts, plan history, raised complaints, and renew customer subscriptions. They can also upload customer documents for KYC verification.

The application includes a one-time customer geo-tagging feature that sends the customer's latitude and longitude to the CRM. The connected CRM uses this information to retrieve the customer's location, making support activities and staff communication more efficient.

Additionally, employee location tracking can be enabled through the CRM. The application periodically sends the employee's location to the CRM, allowing the organization to monitor employee movement for internal tracking and operational purposes.
