One of the key features of the app is its ability to generate Commodity Health Reports. These reports consolidate inspection data and are essential for maintaining quality standards. Importantly, the app supports offline functionality—assayers can generate and save health reports on the device even when no internet connection is available, ensuring continued productivity in remote areas. All generated reports are cataloged and displayed in the Health Report section for easy access and review.
In addition to commodity inspection, the app offers a reimbursement management module. Assayers can submit reimbursement requests for inspections and related activities, and track the current status of those requests within the app. This eliminates the need for external communication or paperwork, simplifying the reimbursement process.
