The app and customer response is excellent, but it's ruined by the horribly invasive marketing team. FYI SupplyBunny, sending a message like "(Customer name) do you remember us? You bought (item from previous order history) from us before" to their personal number is creepy and privacy violating. Worst part is your staff continue to do this even after I've opted out of all marketing options and informed them 5 times to stop. Great idea, awful marketing team. Uninstalling.

slowest app to order or purchase items, asks customer to pay on time but they themselve cant make the delivery on time, didnt give any notifications for delay and always wasting customers time by lots of excuses, definitely not recommended amd their customer service got bad attitude

App is ok. Delivery and service from sellers good. 2 stars as they have stopped offering free delivery if buying above certain amount. Last year prices were competitive, but this year not so. Can get better price elsewhere
