Los usuarios valoran la atención al cliente y la imagen general del banco, e incluso destacan la rapidez de la app cuando funciona y la renovación automática de plazos fijos. Sin embargo, las quejas más habituales se concentran en fallos de uso diario: iniciar sesión y acceso a la cuenta, bloqueo cuando hay modo desarrollador u OS modificado, problemas con la verificación biométrica/DNI, errores en transferencias y validaciones de CBU, y ausencia de notificaciones. También hay frustración por la imposibilidad de capturas de pantalla y ciertas limitaciones en inversiones. La experiencia es inconsistentes entre dispositivos y situaciones.

Hace más de 1 mes que tocas el botón "transferir", carga el token, y no transfiere. No pueden demorar tanto en arreglar un simple error siendo una función tan básica.

Imposible el registro con un celular de más de un lente. Saca la foto del DNI con el lente macro, o de profundidad, o con cualquiera menos el principal, y cuando tocás cambiar cámara crashea. Probado en tres celulares distintos.
