Admin - SuperSaw

Admin SuperSaw is a business administration mobile app for SuperSaw Marketing.

PURPOSE
Admin SuperSaw lets authorized SuperSaw staff run day-to-day store operations from a phone. It is a back-office tool for employees. It is not a customer shopping app, marketplace for the public, game, or social network.

IMPORTANT
• Only staff accounts created by a SuperSaw administrator can sign in
• There is no guest mode and no public account registration in this app
• Shoppers should download the separate customer app named “SuperSaw”

MAIN FEATURES (what the app does)

1) Staff sign-in
Email and password login for SuperSaw admin / staff accounts. After login you reach the Dashboard.

2) Dashboard
See store overview cards and quick links into orders, products, customers, and other admin tools.

3) Orders and payments
Open the orders list, review order details, track fulfillment status, and work with payment-related order screens (including pending payment review where enabled).

4) Products and catalog
Add and edit products (name, SKU, price, stock, brand, category, main image). Enter shipping package fields such as weight (kg) and length / width / height (cm). Manage catalog items such as categories and brands. Filter low-stock products when needed.

5) Customers
Search and browse customer accounts, sort lists (for example by orders), and manage active / blocked customer status.

6) Vouchers / coupons
Create, edit, activate, deactivate, and generate discount vouchers used in the SuperSaw store.

7) Shipping and payment methods
Configure shipping methods and payment methods that customers see at checkout in the SuperSaw store.

8) Deliveries and barcode / QR scan
Use delivery workflows and the device camera to scan barcodes or QR codes for fulfillment tasks.

9) Customer messages (chat)
Reply to customer conversations, attach images, and share product or voucher cards into a chat thread.

10) Notifications
Receive and open push / in-app notifications for new orders and admin alerts (notification permission may be requested on Android 13+).

11) Settings, accounts and roles
Open store settings and (when your role allows) manage staff accounts and roles. Edit static content pages where available.

PERMISSIONS USED
• Internet — load admin data from SuperSaw servers
• Notifications — order and admin alerts
• Camera — delivery barcode / QR scanning (optional; not required to browse most screens)

HOW TO GET STARTED
1. Install Admin SuperSaw from Google Play
2. Sign in with the staff email and password provided by your SuperSaw administrator
3. From the Dashboard or navigation menu, open Orders, Products, Customers, Messages, Deliveries, Vouchers, Shipping, Payment methods, or Settings
