2026-05-20	Ma*****	please change the app icon back to the fun comb icon. now it is just another generic S I have to remember what it means. Also, the new home page of the app focuses on a random image of people getting haircuts, which isn't helpful one bit and the one useful bit gets lost. I guess the rest of the app design is fine, mostly the same but slightly darker blue and slightly more modern looking which I'm neutral on in this case

2026-04-25	JD*****	No way to scan receipts & no obvious way to add points. Check-in never works -ALWAYS says there are zero waiting and check-in is full for the day. You walk into the store and it's packed, so the app lies on a regular basis.
