Las reseñas destacan problemas repetidos de registro/acceso, redirecciones a sitios inexistentes, rendimiento deficiente y una experiencia de usuario confusa. Muchos usuarios no pueden registrarse ni entrar, la app redirige a páginas rotas y falla al realizar trámites, con uso de webviews que generan lentitud y certificados problemáticos.

Interfaz y experiencia de usuario deficiente: navegación confusa y diseño poco usable.

Descargue la app supuestamente para hacer tramites y no hacerlos en el computador, y resulta que me dirige a una pagina que no existe en google chrome, el gobierno inventa tanto y a la final nada funciona, pesima app no recomendada.
