TimeFlow: Track Time & Stats

TimeFlow helps you record what you do each day, review your time with charts and comparisons, design 24-hour plans, and optionally get insights from Gemini AI—all on your device.

You do not need to open the app every time you switch activities. Turn on your lock screen or use the ongoing notification to start, switch, or stop tracking with one tap. When you pick a new activity, the previous one ends automatically, so only one session runs at a time.

■ Core — Activity tracking
• Create custom activities (workout, study, work, rest, etc.) with colors, icons, and order
• Lock screen panel: see all activity tiles and elapsed time when the screen wakes while locked
• Ongoing notification: quick actions for up to three activities without opening the app
• Recovery after reboot for reliable background tracking

■ HOME — Daily timeline
• Browse today and the past 59 days of actual logs
• Live elapsed timer for in-progress activities
• Delete mistaken entries after they end (in-progress sessions are protected)
• Circular 24-hour chart for a clear day-at-a-glance view

■ Stats — Charts & summaries
• Today, this week, and this month tabs
• Per-activity totals with donut, stacked bar, and trend charts
• Active-session banner with a real-time clock

■ Compare
• Side-by-side activity times: yesterday vs today, last week vs this week, last month vs this month
• Rule-based insights when usage rises or falls significantly vs the previous period
• “Analyze with AI”: optional Gemini interpretation (API key required; results are not saved)

■ AI analysis (Gemini, optional)
• Manual AI analysis on the Compare screen
• Optional daily wrap-up at 10:00 PM (once per day when enabled in Settings)
• “Today’s AI report” card on the Stats tab
• Choose model and insight style
• Your API key stays on device only—we do not provide or collect keys (BYOK)

■ 24-hour plans
• Build routines with time blocks on a 24-hour grid
• Assign different plans to each weekday
• Today’s assigned plan appears on the lock screen and in AI report context
• Plans and actual logs are stored separately—compare plan vs reality

• Hide short sessions: exclude logs below N minutes from lists, stats, compare, and AI (raw data kept)
