Recently bought a property with Sunrun panels. App showed no invoices or payments made. Sunrun took two payments from my autopay bank account. I used the app to contact customer service to ask for copies of the invoices. The invoices do not exist. Customer service in app said they have no record of my payments. I was provided no path to resolution through the app and had to call. The investigation for where my money went is still open.

I originally purchased my Solar panels from Vivant. They sold out to Sunrun. The app suddenly stopped reporting my production over a month ago. When I called to ask why, they just kept trying to sell me a subscription.
