Whether you’re a dancer, admin, or club owner, the app streamlines every step of the onboarding and approval process — ensuring professionalism, transparency, and safety.

Key Features

User Registration
• New users can easily register by providing all mandatory details such as first name, last name, email, date of birth (must be over 18), gender, address, and phone number.
• Email is used for app communication and verification, while the phone number allows admins to contact users directly if additional details are required.
Admin Approval Workflow
• Once registered, your profile request is sent to the Super Admin for verification and approval.
• Only approved profiles gain access to the next steps in the onboarding process.

Profile Setup
• Upload a profile picture to verify your identity.
• After admin validation, your profile becomes active in the system.

Document Upload (Post-Approval)
• Upload mandatory documents with expiry dates, such as Visa, Passport, Medical Certificate, and Insurance Certificate.
• Add up to 3 additional profile images for identity and performance verification.

Dancer Onboarding
• Once all documents are approved, your onboarding status will be marked as Completed.
• You can now log in as a verified dancer and become visible to club admins.

Secure Communication
• Super Admins can communicate directly with dancers.
• Dancer-to-dancer chat is restricted, ensuring privacy and security.
• Group or one-to-one chats are managed under admin supervision.

Club & Show Management
• Dancers can view upcoming shows, rosters, and club schedules.
• Helps maintain performance transparency and event coordination.
