Sunrise Baseball

Sunrise Baseball is a player evaluation system built for youth baseball leagues.

FOR COACHES
- Evaluate players weekly on the 6 tools: hitting, power, speed, fielding, throwing, and attitude — about 60 seconds per player
- Extra depth for pitchers and catchers with dedicated battery ratings
- Position-weighted composite scores modeled on how travel programs evaluate: a center fielder's speed counts more than a first baseman's, and a pitcher's arm drives their rating
- Automatic draft board ranked by composite score, exportable as a PDF for the draft meeting
- Import rosters from a GameChanger CSV export

FOR THE LEAGUE
- Verified access only: coaches join with a one-time invite code from a league administrator
- Every coach sees the same league-wide player valuations before the draft — everyone drafts from the same data
- Coaches can only edit their own team's roster and evaluations
- Admins can upload the league-wide player pool from a CSV

FOR PARENTS
- Coaches email each family their own child's progress report — parents only ever see their own child
- Season-end summaries show growth over the year, top strengths, and offseason focus areas

Data syncs securely to the cloud, so evaluations are never trapped on one device.
