On the "Book a Test" panel, I want to suggest that a section to write a little information should be added because such note about the patient will help the specialist at Mecure's end to interpret the results more accurately or to have idea of what the doctor really wants. This is particularly necessary in histopathology, radiology or immunology investigations.

2022-01-26	Ab*****	It's a great app overall. Very interactive and educative. However password recovery is always an issue you guys have to work on. Even with though I'm still using the same phone number, the system refuse to generate OTP for me and I have been able to access my account.

2021-09-19	Ad*****	It's a very good app I must say but attempts at recovering password messed it up. I have been shut out because I don't have access to my former phone number which I used in registering. The only option for generating OTP is through phone number and no option of email. That should be looked into otherwise you lose members because they can't access their registered phone numbers

2021-08-23	Ok*****	All the other perks of using this App have epileptic functioning. Particularly redeeming your points for stuff like airtime or Uber miles. Haven't been able to do a recharge in about 4 weeks. Recharge service is always down. And this is not the first time. Do not depend on the app for anything else that's non-medical. You will end up disappointed and stranded.

Can't seem to get a hang of how online consultation works seeing patients can go register on the app,choose a doctor and book an appointment.. Developers should work on that angle and give patients options.. poor customer responds. No Social media handles. Great app still.. Could be better
