Meter Taxi - Thailand Taxi

Have you ever taken a taxi and wondered how much the fare should be? Or worried whether the taxi meter is calculating the fare correctly?

Meter Taxi helps you track your taxi fare in real time using your phone’s GPS. The app estimates the fare based on distance traveled and the time spent moving slowly, similar to how a real taxi meter works.

The app supports both Thai and English, making it easy to use for both locals and travelers.

You can choose between two taxi types:

Standard taxi (starting fare 35 THB)
Large taxi (starting fare 40 THB)
During the ride, the app shows your trip in real time on the map, including the actual route taken and important trip details such as:

Trip duration
Distance traveled
Time spent moving slowly or stopped
Estimated fare
When the ride ends, the app will automatically save the trip, allowing you to review it later.

With the trip history feature, you can:

View a list of past rides
Open detailed information for each ride
See trip statistics and the route on the map
Check the detailed fare calculation
Important note:
This app is only a tool to help estimate taxi fares and cannot replace the official taxi meter.

This application uses your phone’s location services (GPS) to calculate distance, speed, and an estimated fare. However, location services may sometimes be inaccurate, delayed, or unstable, which may cause the calculated fare to differ from the actual fare shown on the taxi’s meter.
