Sultans of the Sand — a real-time strategy game from the golden age of Arab civilization.

Ninety seconds to build your sultanate. One second to lose it.

How you play
Lead your army from your central citadel and capture neighbouring territories — oases, markets, shrines, deserts. Your opponent is doing the same. The goal: overrun their capital before they overrun yours. Each match is fresh, fast, and never the same twice. No two matches last longer than 150 seconds.

Five Sultanates
- Saffron (Najmiya) — desert warriors blessed by the eight-pointed star
- Dawn (Sharqiya) — fastest charge in the desert
- Silk (Saqriya) — sky-falconers and swift raiders
- Stone (Hijariya) — mountain fortresses that never fall
- Sea (Bahriya) — pearl divers and naval traders

Three tactical abilities
- Sandstorm — blinds your opponent for thirty seconds
- Charge — doubles attack speed for a window
- Fortify — shields your capital when it matters most

Twenty-four territory types
Each region shifts the economy of the match. An oasis heals your army. A market accelerates production. A shrine blesses your capital. Deserts, valleys, palm groves, watchtowers — every map tells a different story.

What makes the game fair
- Anti-runaway curve. If you fall behind, your auto-generation rises. Even at eighteen percent map control, you can still win.
- Cosmetic-only shop. Banners, fortresses, commanders — all visual. None of them change combat power. No pay-to-win.
- Five free seasons with daily rewards.
- Sultan's Pass is optional, never required.

What we do not collect
- No personal data. No email, no phone, no location, no contacts.
- No advertising identifiers (no IDFA, no GAID).
- No cross-app tracking.
- All progress is signed and encrypted on your device.

What you will not find in the game
- No mandatory subscription. All progression is free.
- No forced ads. Ads are opt-in only — watch one to double a daily reward, or skip them entirely.
- No internet required. Single-player works fully offline.
- No real-money gambling. The daily wheel is free.

Sixteen languages
Arabic, English, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Italian, Russian, Turkish, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Hindi, Indonesian, Persian, Urdu. Every menu, every tutorial, every story beat is properly localized — not machine-translated.

Art direction
Inspired by Islamic miniature painting and the gilded manuscripts of Baghdad and Cordoba. Glowing gold on parchment cream, eight-pointed Najmiya stars, hand-drawn fortresses, curving Arabic calligraphy. Every territory has a unique illustrated identity.

Tips for new sultans
1. Strike before your opponent. The first to claim an oasis often wins half the match.
2. Never abandon the capital. A capital fall triggers a chain collapse of every connected region.
3. Save abilities for the critical moment. A well-timed Sandstorm flips the next thirty seconds.
4. Gradual expansion beats reckless attack. Oases before battles.
