2025-01-21	Da*****	Worst service! They accept a booking. Customer books based on trust. During pickup time they don't pick up the call. I tried at least 10 times. When called customer care they said I should have called CS immediately. Now payment can not be refunded. Luckily I had paid part payment. They don't know how to handle business or communicate with customers. Pathetic

2024-08-10	Mu*****	Worst experience. The vendor picked up the call first, then didn't receive it, and then switched off the phone. Customer care didn't help, and my refund was also not processed . Fortunately, I didn't pay the whole amount. I would recommend you never trust or use this app. Instead, talk to a local vendor to book two wheelers.

I have booked vehiclesbin advance and at the delivery location they refused saying that they didn't have any vehicle available and your amount will be refunded. On complaining they either cut the call else forward the dates by saying your amount is initiated today and you'll get it in next 10 days. Now it's been around a month and now while they listen the booking ID they cut the call and next time don't pick call

2023-08-28	ab*****	Very very bad experience.. Poor customer service. The scooter we got was in very poor condition.dirty.. No headlight...No indicators..helmet received also in bad condition... And was frequently getting stopped sometimes at heavy traffic also. We really regreting about the moment when we chose this app to rent a scooter. The partner was also not supportive.we had to call many more times to get the deposit money back. It took 4 days to get the money back. Not suggesting this app.

2023-08-24	Yo*****	Worst Experience Ever I regret for not looking at the reviews in playstore before booking a bike in this app. The bikes they show in pictures are far worse than what you will be getting at the time of delivery. And then the delivery guy will ask you to take another bike, which is not at all worth for the money you paid. Then you have to call the customer care multiple times to get the refund. In the end while returning the refundable advance the delivery partner denies it again. Not worth at all

When we went to pick up the bikes they said only one bike is available they were unable to provide the bikes what we booked instead of that they were trying to convince us to take another models, and we didn't pick up the bikes and we asked for refund and it takes so much time to connect with customer care, I would have given 0 stars if there is an option

When Called Sukuto executive told will get cancellation mail within 24hrs after the call.
