2026-07-30	Gr*****	I was very excited to order from taobao, but this app is apparently a scam, because first of all when I ordered the items instead of it being 31€ it came out to a total of 43€ to which i thought the shipping would be included to then later find out that it's not and when the items get to the packing center you have to pay the shipping for every item separately. plus they rejected some items because the goods were too low to refund,if you do want a refund you have to actually pay a fee for it!

2026-03-11	Th*****	Love this app. Super helpful staff(language barrier is a bit of a hurdle). Very great shipping and tracking. Free pictures of your products for quality control on your part. Truly a great experience. Remember guys they are just shipping and packing your items. Buy from shops you trust or make sure you can verify with pictures as you can do refunds on certain items. 100/100!
