Mkulima OnBoard is the official mobile application by the Kenya Sugar Board (KSB) designed for authorized Field Enumerators to register and manage sugarcane growers for the upcoming KSB elections.

With an intuitive interface and powerful tools, enumerators can quickly capture, update, and manage farmer data, ensuring transparency and accuracy for the grower electoral process.

• Easy Data Management: Edit, update, or review grower profiles with a few taps.
• Location-Based Selection: Smart pickers for County, Sub-County, Ward, and Polling Centre—dynamically enabled for streamlined data entry.
• Voter Reference Generation: Instantly generate unique voter reference numbers for eligible growers.
• Real-Time Validation: Built-in field checks for ID, phone number, and more to ensure data quality.
• Search & Edit: Find existing growers instantly by ID or phone number and update key details when needed.
• Offline Support: Register and update farmers even when offline; data syncs automatically once online (where enabled).
• Activity Dashboard: See your registration stats, including daily and cumulative totals, youths, women, and men onboarded.
• Two-Factor Authentication: Secure access for enumerators via SMS OTP, ensuring only authorized users access the system.
• Support & Help: Built-in help and support request feature for real-time assistance.

Who Can Use the App?

Only Field Enumerators who have been officially authorized and onboarded by KSB can access and use Mkulima OnBoard.
