I've finally cleared the background check, the security clearance etc.I was an active member for maybe 24 hrs the app has been down ever since. I've missed about 4 to 6 active orders I could have accepted, but only through the website, and the website is not sending me notifications. App has been down since I signed up! VERY frustrating. and I keep getting the same message over and over again from the tech support chatbot.I'm not getting any answers they're not telling me what's going on

I'm not sure what the deal is but this app froze up and crashed on me twice. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app again and I'm still having issues with it
