Recent reviews

Unlike many, I had no problems to connect my new refrigerator to my Wi-Fi and then to access it on my phone. The refrigerator did a software update straight away, which seems bizarre for this kind of product. After that, the app is fairly useless. I have set the temperature units on the fridge to °C, but the app shows only °F. How hard is it for Sub-Zero to do? Then I find that the app shows only the set temperature, not the actual temperature. But when I'm away, I want to know if it's ok.

App definitely needs work. Sometimes OK, sometimes can't recognize the appliances, sometimes hangs, sometimes loses time zone, sometimes loses account login. The only thing that seems to be reliable is the notifications for reaching pre-heat temp and timers ending. No similar problems on the iOS app, so the Android app definitely doesn't seem to be well supported. Still not any better as of Nov '23.
