User Reviews

The app is unreliable and often unusable. Stûv IoT servers go down for hours or even days, making remote monitoring or control impossible. Error messages are vague and give no way to diagnose or fix issues remotely. App values are inconsistent (e.g. power set to 1 but status shows 5). External links don’t work in Italian or English. Since the stove’s local interface is extremely limited, you’re forced to rely on an app that simply doesn’t work when you need it.
