This is the only one I've found on Google Play or the Samsung Appstore that both times frames properly so I can animate AND keeps the background transparent on the gif. It's also rather well put together and appealing, and it's ads are unobtrusive. Feels like a crime that it's so far down when I look up Image to Gif makers on the playstore, because this app is what I've spent hours searching for.
