2024-08-03	pa*****	It's customer care number is incorrect and the person who eeceive the call always said weong number. Whenever I tried to loging through my mobile no, till date OTP has not been generated. Nothing can be downloaded. Several times I sent mail but till no reply has been received from studyadda. I paid ₹999/- through credit card of my husband. I think, this unexciting organization is cheats people. Be careful before paying any amount to Studyadda.

2022-05-26	So*****	Despite having complained against the failure of videos no response was given. I wouldn't really recommend this on a whole. The videos that have already been uploaded are really good and you'll get a clear idea of the topics aswell. When i subscribed to the package i didn't know the live classes weren't included ,so paying just for preuploaded videos half of which aren't loading??? isn't really worth it ,you can rather go to youtube instead.

2022-03-31	An*****	It is just a fantabulous study app. I studied the whole year from it. And it gives me a positive response. The teachers are well - qualified and good. They know how to teach a student as well as in online. It helps me a lot. They explained the chapter and everything very well.

2021-06-30	An*****	Very good App sir, thanks for sharing all the modules of particular subject in proper manner . As all the important facts have written down in notes and talking about video lectures ,they are also good enough . Only thing I want is sometime I want to read the chapter from laptop but due to security issue I have to read them from phone which is quite difficult all day. so will you please grant me access so that I can easily study from laptop also .

All they did was making a fool, no course was given to us and when we open the application it shows that you haven't purchased any course. We have called the helpline number a hundred times, no one picks it up and sometimes it comes as busy. We also wrote an email but no reply came . They are just fooling everyone. We want a refund. 2021-05-21	Sh*****	It's a scam or a fraud whatever you say. I purchased and paid the required amount and stiil it is showing in the app that you haven't purchased any course. I would like the support team to return my money or manage it by giving me subscription or at last i will move to Consumers Court. That's all.

2021-05-19	Vi*****	I have purhased a subscription and the overall content is good but please make video player a bit better with options to change video quality, pip mode, full screen view (it takes to home page when we make it full screen) otherwise I like the app and recommned to other students as well.

2021-05-16	Ra*****	This app totally sucks. I enrolled for three courses of them after seeing their advertisement in the newspaper that they were providing the courses for Rs 999. However, it's not getting logged in. Not only that, when I called their helpline number, no one picks up. I want refund as I feel betrayed by the developers. I highly recommend not to go for this. There are better options available. This app doesn't even deserve one star.

I've took the 2 years of subscription for UPSC CSE, they only have 2-3 videos in History, Geography , Polity. They are not even updating the course content from past fortnight. I seriously dont recommend this to you! For the Reasoning and English Syllabus go through some best channels of youtube rather than wasting your hard earned money and time here.
