Optimum Oils

Optimum Oils is the coolant monitoring app for metalworking fluid management. Record machine tests on site, spot issues early, and keep sumps within recommended limits—helping you protect operators, tools, and coolant life.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Log coolant tests in seconds — concentration (% BRIX), pH, bacteria dipslide results, tramp oil, coolant condition, and recommendations
• See status at a glance — colour-coded alerts (green / amber / red) so machines needing attention stand out
• Track machines & sites — manage machines, review history, and keep recommended concentration ranges to hand
• Run site surveys — create surveys, work through machines, and complete tests as part of a visit
• Monitor dipslides — mark tests awaiting results and update when readings are ready
• Stay guided — built-in FAQs on concentration, pH, tramp oil, bacteria testing, and best practice
• Optional temperature logging — where enabled for your site

BUILT FOR THE WORKSHOP
Whether you’re a customer operator or an Optimum Oils engineer, the app is designed for use on the shop floor: quick login (magic link, passcode, or password), clear actions, and a dashboard of machines awaiting dipslides or requiring attention.

WHY IT MATTERS
Regular coolant checks help reduce bacterial risk, avoid poor sump condition, and support HSE-aligned monitoring of soluble metalworking fluids. When readings drift, the app helps you record what was found and what to do next—dilute or strengthen concentration, remove tramp oil, add biocide, or plan a clean-out.

WHO IT’S FOR
Optimum Oils customers and engineers managing soluble coolants and metalworking fluids across one or multiple sites.
