SCE Hub is an internal corporate application for managing the logistics of event setup and dismantling. Access is restricted to employees, coordinators, and service providers accredited by the company.

FEATURES:

• Material Request: Field teams create material requests for event setup, with approval based on project planning.

• Workflow Approval: Coordinators view and approve or reject requests created by the teams.

• Warehouse Control: The inventory team views materials approved for picking and records the physical dispatch of items.

• Receipt Confirmation: Field teams confirm the physical receipt of materials dispatched by the warehouse.

• Construction Log: Daily record of the progress of setup and dismantling, with the submission of photos and textual descriptions of completed stages.

• Inspections and Checklists: Photographic record of project completion

and final delivery of the assembled structure.

• Dashboard: Visualization of operational data, request status

and phases of each event.
