2024-10-25	Ka*****	Got the trial to be sure I could make it cast to my TV, since that's the only way I wish to view the workouts (not on a tiny phone screen) and every single video has the cast icon "greyed out" and unaccessible. Contacted support & was given a "canned" response to check the FAQs for instructions for Chromecast. Chromecast won't work, when the ability to cast is disabled. Is this just for the trial? Why give a trial if I can't try it? I wouldn't trust that it would be different after a trial.

2024-10-23	Tr*****	Used to work but after an update in June or so it has not been useful for running since a few seconds after my screen on my phone sleeps the video stops. It is not an issue with my phone since I first checked with that company. I then tried resolving the issue with obe customer service for months but they seemed to assume that I was having casting problems, which was not the issue. Now they have just stopped responding all together to any emails. It is very disappointing.
