2023-12-16	Ro*****	I had to travel 1 mile from the correct location of the client to complete the task. The app sends me to the wrong customer address, and when I get to the right place, it says that I can't complete the order because I'm in the wrong place :(((((

2023-03-29	A *****	Unfortunately, I couldn't log in to my account although I typed the correct email and the correct password. The app showed that it sent me a message to my email address to change my password but I haven't received anything yet.. I have tried many times but the app doesn't work and doesn't seem to be working..

2022-09-03	CA*****	Hey Stuart, take your delivery people out of the system because they're driving us crazy and bothering us very badly, all your delivery people who work on the Stuart platform and have a bicycle app, they make deliveries by car, they're very messy when they enter shops like mc Donald especially, they are not respectful and on top of that they have 2 mobile phones with that and the "stuart" application, they don't make deliveries by bicycle as is normal with a car, they don't pay insurance for

2022-03-03	Va*****	Absolutely terrible service, arranged collection but order not picked up, went on on line chat, said no driver available so cancelled and rebooked for following day. Stuart site showed order picked up but not received. Stuart cancelled picked up as collected by third party driver and charged me for cancellation! They took no ownership of missing order and refused refund. Abysmal service. AVOID. Not trustworthy.

2022-02-04	Ba*****	In theory this is amazing in practice... app is completely useless. I was unable to book a pick up/delivery so contacted customer service, who were actually super helpful. Unfortunately, my personal opinion is, if you still have to use a laptop or pc to use this service, there's 0 point for the app to be taking up storage on my phone ^_^

2021-11-26	Go*****	Terrible experience from start to finish. The drivers dont check packages are correct and you dont get a refund if they deliver the wrong package. The driver refused to take the package back and retrieve the correct one. I was unable to go to the shop to pick up the item I had already paid £6.90 for them to deliver. So i ended up paying £6.90 in delivery fees and not actually receiving the item. They refused to provide a refund. First and last time using this app. DO NOT USE.
Terrible experience from start to finish. The drivers dont check packages are correct and you dont get a refund if they deliver the wrong package. 2021-07-17	Mr*****	Failed the onboarding before doing the onboarding. Put in my name , age address and pic of my electric bike and was told I failed the onboarding. I've actually completed the process before 3 times to the point where I've paid to get my docs verified at the PO . Joke of a company that pay a flat rate of £4 for trips upto 4 miles on a bike. Avoid and go with uber or even better Deliveroo who do more boosts now

2021-02-12	na*****	I think this company is a hoax because I tried to apply for the job four months ago I have done everything they said it was weird because the company who does the security checks is in America. And it's called sterling. But I did it because I was hoping to get the job but seems like I have wasted my time and money. I still didn't get any answer from them. There is no way I can communicate with the company no email no phone no nothing.just be careful if you apply for the job its not worth it.
