User Reviews

Users appreciate Stars and Stripes for its comprehensive and well-presented military news coverage and user-friendly design. However, many report frequent app-related problems including login failures, outdated content updates, and broken video playback. The subscription pricing is also criticized as expensive and unfair by users who expected lifetime access from previous purchases. A notable number of reviews highlight poor customer service and lack of timely support responses. Despite these issues, the app remains valued by military community members as an important news source.
