No experience required! StrikeTec contains boxing combo workouts for beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels. Free app download allows you to create a profile and get access to all features excluding the training screens (which require StrikeTec sensors, sold separately).

StrikeTec Sensors

For the full experience, connect with StrikeTec sensors which are discreetly secured to the wrist. They measure:

StrikeTec app analyzes the data and displays the info in an easy-to-understand graph.
We’ll show you what you are doing wrong and how to fix it: Correct and Incorrect punch feedback during combo and set training.

Training Tools

StrikeTec offers a variety of training modes for different levels and activities. Live data as you punch as well as detailed session results for review:
Performance History: measure improvement over time, find peak workout. View progress & totals, or breakdowns of individual sessions, specific time-frames.
The Training Zone: Train on your own with the boxing timer or detailed power & speed graphs. Every punch is calculated and recorded.
Goals: create milestones to keep motivated. Short term, long term, casual, or ambitious.
Schedules: Don’t procrastinate, reminders will keep you working out and routines organized.
Skills Challenges: Focus on one particular metric: speed, power, reaction time or endurance.
