User Reviews

Users most often praise Street Tag for motivating physical activity, exploring local areas, and creating fun team competition with friends, family, and schools. The most common complaints involve unreliable or unfair point scoring, inaccurate activity tracking, heavy battery drain, frequent bugs, and slow customer service with delayed vouchers. Some reviewers also say the app is not inclusive for disabled users or solo players.

Pros

Encourages users to get out, stay active, and explore their local area
Fun, gamified competition that brings friends, families, and schools together
Motivating and helpful for building fitness habits
Free to use

Cons

Points and scoring are unreliable or unfair, including points gained without moving and team members' inactivity lowering scores
Tracking is inaccurate, missing cycling, location, and steps from existing step counters
Drains battery because it must stay open and run tags in the background
Frequent bugs, glitches, and lost progress or accounts
Slow or unhelpful customer service, including delayed prize vouchers

Recent reviews

Very poor accuracy, the sensitivity of the app is poor and I am unable to add pictures as the tick is too close to the edge of my phone and isn't recognised. Great idea but the app needs tweaking
