There are only 2 cars showing up and the actual cars which needed go be repositioned are not showing up meaning the outer zones getting flooded with cars! I am very dissappointed with the app since january and the support did not help me either!

2024-12-01	Ah*****	I am changing my rating. It was 3 stars but now it is 1. I am sure they are not skillful. I dont think they even care this comments. Because how is it possible that they cant solve my log in problem in more than one month. Yes I am not kidding. They asked me thousand times, pictures videos etc. etc. If you read my comment here , listen my advice. Keep your fingers away of this app and dont think about working for them. It doesnt really worth it.

2024-10-10	*****	Used to be worth it, now its just a Russian roulette. In berlin you can't reserve the car, you might get there and the car disappeared from the app. Streetcrowd is not reachable for support, you're best option is calling miles directly. The payment dropped to below acceptable, even if you only calculate the time spent in the car, it's less than half minimum pay.

2024-07-25	Hu*****	Idea nice, pricing not quite fair and difficult to execute. Unlocking is buggy, tried multiple cars and it failed to open while standing right next to the car. What a shame. Also the gambling of trying to approach a car is rather aggravating considering the already low payout. Without reservation even higher payout could cause issues. In conclusion, reservation is necessary. There are already many things that actually block the very users from using this app, why make it more difficult.

2024-07-11	Ma*****	The pricing policy needs a complete review. Especially the charging moves are scam. Every station is supposed to have two free spots but in reality they are often blocked and you don't get payed anything in this case. Not even for relocating the car from outside the city to the city center. Although it's a wrong indication in the app. The customer support (and the guy answering below) pretend that those moves are recalculated but it does not happen form what I experienced. Charging is scam.

2024-06-07	Sh*****	This app keeps getting worse and worse every single day.Three months ago you could actually earn something working with StreetCrowd.But now you have to pray that the cars don't disappear by God's hand and you have to get a train to return home. Not worth the time and effort and nerves

However, the app is quite slow, the rates after December are very disappointing, and the zones keep changing randomly. It's frustrating to reach the car and find different zones. Additionally, spending 1 hour for just 5 euros is not worthwhile, especially in this weather. Moreover, today, the app is completely down, adding to the overall inconvenience.
