2026-05-31	Ju*****	I purchased the unlimited plan n instantly found out that's not the case. they charge per character which as a micro streamer I ran thru in 2 weeks on a monthly plan. asked them how to fix it n was told it's due to energy mode restarting my app (which was never used). after almost 20 emails back m forth they decided to refill my coins n give me horrible advice on toning down my chat so almost no one can use tts. If I buy unlimited I expect unlimited usage. this company is ripping off so many
