Can't you guys use some better courier services. Out of all of them you had to use Quantium. It doesn't even have proper tracking updates and you guys anyway don't care whether the product reaches the customer or not. When you don't care, I reccomend giving it a nicer parcel sevice like bluedart or DHL whom we can alteast call and deal with. We don't mind paying the extra to get people who atleast care.
