GADEA is the SAP Mobility Application (SAP Asset Manager) that together with the development in SAP S/4 HANA, seeks to be able to manage the assets of the Generation Businesses.

The Application developed on the Cloud platform provided by SAP and called SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), allows you to manage work orders, notices, work permits, prior controls, material consumption, among other functionalities necessary in the management of Asset maintenance. of Generation.
This application is designed to be used in work to be carried out in the field, being able to access the complete data of the asset to be maintained. This information is key to the correct performance of the work as well as to be able to manage the necessary security permits prior to their execution.

This native Android app is available starting from Android version 8.

The main functions that this SAP tool allows are:

• Access to the information in SAP S/4 HANA necessary to carry out work in the field.
• Possibility of managing work orders assigned to be carried out in the field.
• Attachment of documentation of the work carried out in the field so that they are included in SAP S/4 HANA as key documentation of the tasks carried out.
• Request for necessary work permits as a Security requirement.
• Carrying out a Prior Control as a prerequisite to carry out the work on the specific asset of the Power Plant/Window.
• Storage of coordinates (geopositioning) at the time of the Preliminary Control. This key information in the event of an emergency and that Geopositioning is not tracked
