The application was developed for students who continue their education and training activities in vocational high schools to ensure that the work and transactions that need to be done between the business, coordinator teacher, school and student are carried out in a coordinated manner. The application has an interface where School Administrators, coordinator teachers and Businesses log in with their username and password. Each logged in user can carry out the work and transactions related to their own field.
The application can automatically fill and prepare the documents that School Administrators need to prepare such as e-declaration, SGK entry declaration, SGK exit declaration, contract between student and institution, termination agreement, Daily Guidance Form, Monthly Guidance Form, Absence Form.
The application has Schools, Coordinator Teachers, Students, Businesses, Master Instructors and Reporting modules. Each module covers only the areas that concern it according to the information of the logged in user.
Reports can be received and shared in PDF and Excel formats.
The application has a notification sending feature. The user can send notifications to equal and sub-users. In addition, the automatic notification sending feature is active in some transactions within the application. In case of a special transaction made by the user, the relevant persons are informed by sending automatic notifications.
The application can register students individually and collectively, coordinator teachers individually and collectively, and businesses individually and collectively. In addition, it can track student absences as internship and school absences.
The application generally has the ability to perform all official works and transactions specified in the Vocational Education Law No. 3308 and required to be done. It also provides detailed reports so that School Administrators can track works and transactions.
