The app is ok. One thing I should point out; In an email I recently got it listed BetterHelp as a resource for therapy. BetterHelp was somewhat recently outed as being a scam and doesn't actually use real therapists. Even I tried it once and all the therapists were "busy" or no longer available. There could be real therapists on the app, but it's used so that you pay for a subscription and possibly get nothing out of it. You may want to look into this
