Charged a premium price with ZERO Support; No After Sales Service ; Sales Agent activated our package earlier so he could claim his commission before he left the company; Trainer Missing In Action and Uncontactable; the service agent forcing you to have early renewal with the price of 150% increment, and if you don't agree with it, they just TERMINATED your account without your consent. Engage with cautions.

2023-10-31	sh*****	I thought store hub is a reliable pos system but it DISSAPOINT me so MUCH. Starting from the apps manager, it always log out for no reason and I always have to log in. Whenever I want to close a product that is already sold out, I have to press it so many times and refresh it so many times. And somehow customer are still able to order that product, which makes it so inconvenient that I have to ask the customer to change order. Please do something instead of doing lots of stupid marketing

We bought another new hardware for RM2,200 but on the very same week you had a promotion at around RM500! This is how you treat your loyal customer!
