"Stock Time" is a store-specific assistant app that dramatically streamlines bottle keeping services and alcohol inventory management for restaurants, bars, and snack bars using cutting-edge RFID/NFC technology.

It frees stores from the time-consuming bottle inventory work that previously required handwritten ledgers, as well as the cumbersome customer and expiration date management.

[Main Functions and Features]

◆ Instant Inventory Function: Simply scan the alcohol shelves using a dedicated UHF RFID reader connected via Bluetooth. Hundreds of bottles can be read in seconds. The inventory ledger is automatically updated, and the inventory ledger can be emailed or downloaded as CSV data to a registered address from the app.

◆ One-Touch Sales Recording: Simply hold the app over the IC tag (NFC) on the bottle to instantly link the corresponding customer information with the bottle information. Sales recording and bottle keeping registration are completed on the spot.

◆ Find Your Bottle Quickly with the Search Function: Search for specific bottles by alcohol type or customer name. By holding the dedicated reader over the bottle, the app visually and audibly indicates the signal strength, allowing you to find the desired bottle in seconds from a large number of bottles.

◆ Automatic Expiration Notifications Linked to Customers' LINE Accounts: Customers whose bottles are nearing their expiration date will receive an automatic LINE message in advance (the "n days before" setting can be freely customized for each store). This prevents problems caused by discarding expired bottles and strongly encourages repeat visits.

◆ Multiple Employee Accounts and Access Rights Management: Multiple employee accounts can be created per store. The first device logged in automatically becomes the "master administrator," restricting access to important settings such as sales confirmation and account list editing for a secure design.
